Mambabajamba Recipe


  • 1 fifth peach schnapps
    1 pint Malibu coconut rum
    12 cans (12 oz each) Rainier lager
    1/2 gal concentrated pineapple juice

Pour the peach schnapps and Malibu coconut rum into a large punch bowl or bucket. Pour the pineapple juice in, then pour in all the beer. Try using ice if desired, maybe some pieces of pineapple. Serve to guests in punch cups or tall glasses.

Chelsea Cocktail Recipe


  • 1 oz dry vermouth
    3/4 oz bourbon whiskey
    1 tsp blackberry brandy
    1/2 tsp Cointreau orange liqueur
    2 tsp lemon juice

Pour the vermouth, bourbon, blackberry brandy, Cointreau and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.

  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
    1 oz rum
    1 oz tequila
    1 oz gin
    1 oz triple sec
    1 splash orange juice
    2 – 3 oz Coca-Cola

Pour all liquors into a highball glass 3/4 filled with ice cubes. Add a small splash of orange juice, top with Coca-cola (or equivalent), and serve.

Muskmelon Recipe


  • 1 1/4 oz dark rum
    1/4 cup cantaloupe melon pieces
    1/2 oz lime juice
    1/2 oz orange juice
    1/2 tsp sugar

Combine the dark rum, pieces of cantaloupe melon, lime juice, orange juice and sugar with 1/3 cup of crushed ice in a blender. Blend well until smooth. Pour into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a piece of cantaloupe, and serve.

Chekhov Cooler Recipe


  • 2 oz Stoli Razberi vodka
    1/2 oz sloe gin
    4 oz Ocean Spray Cranberry-Raspberry Juice
    6 fresh raspberries

Pour the Stoli raspberry vodka, sloe gin, and cranberry-raspberry juice over several ice cubes in a chilled double old-fashioned glass. Add fresh raspberries, garnish with a mint sprig, and serve.
