La Mamila Recipe


  • 1 liter tequila
    5 cans Caguamas Tecate beer
    4 lemons
    32 oz clamato juice
    2 squirts Tabasco sauce
    2 pinches salt

Empty the beers into a large container, add the lemons, tabasco and the salt, and mix in. Add the tequila and clamato, then swirl.

Blue Lightning Recipe


  • 1/3 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    1/3 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur
    1/3 oz Wild Turkey bourbon whiskey
    5 oz lime mix

Pour the blue curacao, Southern Comfort and Wild Turkey into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Fill with prepared lime mix, and serve.

Apricot Anise Collins Recipe


  • 1/2 oz apricot brandy
    1 1/2 oz gin
    1 1/2 tsp anisette
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    carbonated water
    1 slice lemon
    ice cubes

Shake gin, brandy, anisette, and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir lightly. Decorate with the slice of lemon and serve.

L&c Recipe


  • 8 oz pineapple chunks
    3 oz Finlandia pineapple vodka
    2 oz Malibu coconut rum
    maraschino cherries

Put pineapple chunks in the blender and blend until smooth. Add vodka, rum, and enough ice to raise the level to five cups. Blend until the ice gets all smashed up. Pour into tall glasses, garnished with the cherries.

Apricot Adventure Recipe


  • 3 fresh mint sprigs
    1 tsp sugar
    1 1/2 cl lime juice
    4 cl Zwack apricot brandy
    1 cl vodka
    club soda

Crush part of the mint together with the sugar and some Zwack. Shake the rest of the Zwack with the lime juice and ice as desired and pour into the glass. Fill up with club soda and decorate with the remaining mint and perhaps some lime.

Beach Haus Recipe


  • 1 oz Black Haus blackberry schnapps
    1 oz Captain Morgan Silver spiced rum
    2 oz pineapple juice

Pour Black Haus blackberry schnapps and Captain Morgan rum into a wine globlet with ice. Top with pineapple juice, garnish with a pineapple spear and a maraschino cherry, and serve.
