Morning Cocktail Recipe


  • 1 oz brandy
    1 oz dry vermouth
    1/4 tsp triple sec
    1/4 tsp maraschino liqueur
    1/4 tsp anisette
    2 dashes orange bitters

Pour the brandy, dry vermouth, triple sec, maraschino, anisette and orange bitters into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Green Angel Recipe


  • 1 1/3 cl Pisang Ambon liqueur
    1 1/3 cl DeKuyper Peachtree schnapps
    1 1/3 cl Malibu coconut rum
    8 cl lemonade
    Sprite soda
    ice cubes
    1 drop blue food coloring

Blend pisang ambon, peachtree schnapps, malibu and lemon squash together in a blender. Put ice cubes in a collins glass and pour the mix over. Fill up with sprite, and add a drop of blue syrup. Stir and serve.

Martini Milano Recipe


  • 2 oz gin
    1/2 oz dry vermouth
    1/2 oz dry white wine
    1 tsp Campari bitters

Pour the gin, dry vermouth, dry white wine and Campari bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist, and serve.
