Brian Sinnott Family Punch Recipe


  • 1 package Kool-Aid Cherry mix
    1 package Kool-Aid Strawberry mix
    6 oz frozen orange juice
    6 oz frozen lemonade
    2 qt water
    2 cups sugar
    2 qt ice
    1 1/2 cups vodka
    1 1/2 cups white rum
    2 liters ginger ale
    1 bottle Champagne

Mix Kool-Aid, juice, lemonade, sugar, and water. Add booze and ice cubes and let cool. Add champagne and ginger ale before serving. Adjust punch to party mood with more vodka.

Brandy Punch Recipe


  • 50 cl brandy
    12 cl dark rum
    3 cl lemon juice
    20 cl water
    30 cl dry ginger ale
    1 sliced orange
    1 tbsp pineapple chunks
    1 tbsp raspberries

Combine all but ginger ale in a punch bowl with sufficient ice to chill. Add ginger ale when ready to serve, and pour out into wine glasses.

Confetti Punch Recipe


  • 70 cl white rum
    1 1/2 liters dry sparkling wine
    1 liter lemonade
    70 cl white grape juice
    50 cl orange juice
    10 halved strawberries

Chill ingredients seperately for a minimum of two hours. Combine in a large punch bowl, with a small amount of ice, and serve into wine glasses.

Boston Punch Recipe


  • 75 cl Champagne
    28 cl cider
    14 cl brandy
    2 oz triple sec
    3 oz dark rum
    4 oz lemon juice
    40 cl soda water
    1 tbsp sugar

Dissolve sugar and combine ingredients in a punch bowl with sufficient ice to chill. Add thin wedges of apple. Serve in wine glasses. (16 servings.)
